Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of shipment. Please note, we do not refund your order's shipping costs. S. Tokunaga Store is not responsible for any shipping cost of returns. 

All items that are noted "All sales final" are not eligible for return.

Returns can be processed if products have not been used, once used it is not eligible for returns.
